Attorney James C. Higgins or also known as attorney Jim has more than 30 years of experience in general corporate practice. This includes engineering, construction, engineered products, university affairs, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as incorporations. He is licensed to practice law before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Attorney Higgins is a veteran corporate counsel. He has helped many businesses and institutions with their legal problems. He was a graduate of the Catholic University of America where he was also the President of the student bar association. He also took his Political Science degree at the University of Notre Dame.
He was formerly the Assistant General Counsel at Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, and the Senior Counsel at Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
